Media and Journalism in Israel

The Institute for Palestine Studies is pleased to announce the publication of a new chapter of The General Survey of Israel, 2020  - Online edition, titled: “Media and Journalism in Israel” by Walid Al-Omari. The chapter describes the current state of Israeli media in its various forms, and the recent legal and political developments related to the rise of the right wing in Israel and the expansion of digital and social media. The chapter analyzes the impact of these changes on the performance, influence, and political agendas of Israeli media.
